Project-Based Learning in Our Chinese Club
PBL is an exciting, hands-on approach to learning in which students explore meaningful, real-world questions and problems to develop skills. Instead of being recall-based, PBL involves teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving that prepares learners for life.
In Seeding Chinese Club, PBL makes learning Chinese interactive and entertaining. We aim to incorporate projects in our PBL such as designing Chinese food menus, preparing cultural presentations, or organizing celebrations for festivals like Chinese New Year, all designed to spark students’ enthusiasm and engagement. But it’s not all about Chinese culture; we also fit in activities around other festivities, including Christmas, Halloween, and many others, so that students explore a wide range of traditions.
PBL makes learning fun and allows children to apply their knowledge. Your child will learn the language, understand different cultures, and build confidence in using Chinese through fun and hands-on activities in our Chinese Club.

Phoebe's journey to becoming a Chinese teacher is deeply personal, rooted in her commitment to providing the best for her daughter and sharing the gift of language. She firmly believes that language is one of the most precious gifts we can offer our children, as it opens doors to diverse cultures, experiences, and opportunities.
With over 10 years of experience in various settings-including playgroups, after-school clubs, language schools, and private tutoring-Phoebe has gained a deep understanding of how to engage and inspire children. Each experience has enriched her ability to make language learning both enjoyable and rewarding.
As a parent, Phoebe understands the importance of creating a supportive and encouraging environment where children feel empowered to explore, question, and grow.
